New Issue: TD prices $6.91 million capped notes linked to Dow

Chicago, April 19 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $6.91 million of 0% capped notes due March 27, 2026 to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the index return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 40%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any index decline beyond 15%.
