New Issue: Barclays sells $814,000 autocallable notes on Dow, Nasdaq, Russell
By Wendy Van Sickle
Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $814,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus a 10% annualized premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual observation date after six months.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below 60% of its initial value, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index.
