New Issue: Scotiabank prices $5.23 million capped notes linked to the Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 2 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $5.23 million of 0% capped notes due Oct. 31, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the index return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 51.7%. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
