Dewey Ranch Hockey official unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, May 22 - Dewey Ranch Hockey, LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by District of Arizona U.S. trustee Ilene J. Lashinsky, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.

The committee members include Jason Weinmeister of Clear Channel Radio, based in Phoenix; Jimeen Hamblen of Climatec Building Technologies Group, LLC of Phoenix; R. Taylor Burke Jr. of Coyotes Ice, LLC of Scottsdale, Ariz.; Jennifer Bernitt of Landcorp Property Maintenance I, Inc. of Phoenix; and Al Kraus of Maintenance Mart, based in Phoenix.

Dewey Ranch and Arena Management Group, LLC, Coyotes Holdings, LLC and Coyotes Hockey, LLC are the owners of the Phoenix Coyotes National Hockey League team. The owners filed for bankruptcy on May 5, and the Chapter 11 case number is 09-09488.
