Denbury Resources to repay some bank borrowings with notes proceeds

New York, March 29 - Denbury Resources Inc. plans to repay a portion of the borrowings under its credit facility using proceeds from a proposed $125 million senior subordinated notes offering, according to a company news release.

Denbury Resources is a Plano, Texas-based independent oil and gas company.
