Des Moines, June 29 - Demcap Investments Inc. closed a private placement of units for C$2,602,469.70.
The company sold 5,783,266 units at C$0.45 each. Each unit consisted of one share, one half-share tranche A warrant and one half-share tranche B warrant.
The whole tranche A warrants are each exercisable at C$0.60 for 18 months. The whole tranche B warrants are each exercisable at C$0.75 for two years.
Canaccord Capital Corp. was the agent.
The company also announced that it will conduct another private placement of units on the same terms. The new placement will have a maximum size of C$900,000 and a minimum size of C$300,000.
Demcap is a capital pool company based in Quebec City. It just completed a qualifying transaction of iPerceptions Inc., a provider of web-focused attitudinal analytics.
