Delphi intends to sell $500 million 10-year senior notes

Virginia Beach, Feb. 24 - Delphi Corp. is in Monday's market with a $500 million issue of senior notes due 2024, according to a company release.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay the company's $500 million senior notes due 2019.

Delphi is a Troy, Mich.-based automotive electronics manufacturer.
