Delaware Corporate Bond Fund alters portfolio management team

San Diego, Dec. 5 - The Delaware Corporate Bond Fund announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission changes to its portfolio management team.

The fund has added Paul A. Matlack, Craig C. Dembek and John P. McCarthy as portfolio managers. They join existing managers Thomas H. Chow and Roger A. Early.

Kevin P. Loome is no longer part of the portfolio management team.

Philadelphia-based Delaware Management Co., a series of Delaware Management Business Trust, serves as the investment manager to the funds.
