New Issue: Deer Park Independent School District, Texas, prices $60.54 million school building bonds

New York, Feb. 22 - The Deer Park Independent School District of Texas sold $60,535,000 of series 2012 school building bonds, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aaa/AAA/) were sold through Raymond James & Associates Inc.
The bonds are due 2014 to 2028 with a term bond due in 2030. The serial coupons range from 1.5% to 5%. The 2030 bonds have a 3% coupon priced at 97.956.
Proceeds will be used to finance the construction, acquisition, equipment and renovation of school facilities within the district.
