JPMorgan Chase Bank buys $2.57 million in claims against Dana

Pittsburgh, June 1 - JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA bought $2.57 million in claims against Dana Corp., according to Wednesday filings with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

JPMorgan bought a $1.31 million claim from Illinois Tool Works Inc. and a $1.26 million claim from Bearing Technologies, Ltd.

Dana, a Toledo, Ohio-based supplier of components, modules and systems to vehicle manufacturers and related aftermarkets, filed for bankruptcy on March 3. Its Chapter 11 case number is 06-10354.
