Daleco Resources extends expiry on warrants from September 2005 PIPE

New York, Sept. 15 - Daleco Resources Inc. has extended the expiration date on warrants it issued in a September 2005 private placement.

The warrants will now expire Dec. 31, 2006, pushed back from Sept. 16. The expiry for contingent warrants issued along with the placement also will be extended, in this case to Dec. 31, 2007 from Sept. 16, 2007.

The warrants were issued with a $1,625,000 private placement closed in September 2005.

Daleco, based in West Chester, Pa., is an oil and natural gas exploration company.

On Friday, the company's stock closed down 12.5%, or 10 cents, to end at $0.70 (OTCBB: DLOV).
