New Issue: China Minsheng prices $500 million floating-rate notes due 2023

Los Angeles, Oct. 22 – China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd. priced $500 million of floating-rate notes due 2023 (BBB-) through its Hong Kong branch, according to a notice.

The joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offering are China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Barclays, Bank of China, Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch, ABC International, AMTD, Bank of Communications, CCB International, China Citic Bank International, China Everbright Bank, China International Capital Corp., China Securities International, China Vered Financial, Chiyu Banking Corp. Ltd., CMBC Capital, Emirates NBD Capital. Everbright Securities International, Guotai Junan International, Haitong International, Huarong International Securities Ltd., Huatai International, ICBC, Nanyang Commercial Bank, SPDB International, Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of East Asia, Ltd. and Zhongtai International.

China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Barclays, Bank of China, Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch also acted as joint global coordinators.

The notes will be issued under the Beijing-based bank’s $5 billion medium-term note program.
