CBS investor Gamco drops stake to 7.76%

Charlotte, N.C., March 9 - Gamco Asset Management Inc. sold 38,750 shares of CBS Corp., reducing its ownership interest to 7.76%.

The shares were acquired between Jan. 9 and March 6 at prices from $5.78 to $8.57 each, the investor reported in schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Gamco beneficially owns 4,476,586 shares of the New York mass media company.
