Lexington, Ky., Oct. 24 – Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. issued its second tranche of panda bonds, according to an announcement.
The RMB 1.5 billion of perpetual bonds priced with an initial interest rate of 3.77%, which will reset after two years.
The board stated in the notice that the panda bond issue could further diversify the company’s funding channels and facilitate future business expansion.
Beijing Energy is a Hong Kong-based energy holding company focused on solar and renewable energy.
