Concord, N.H., June 8 – Bane NOR Eiendom AS issued NOK 1.5 billon green floating-rate notes in two tranches including notes due in three years and five years, according to an announcement.
The NOK 750 million three-year floaters priced with a coupon of Nibor plus 103 basis points.
The NOK 750 million of five-year floaters priced with a coupon of Nibor plus 126 bps.
In connection with the bond issue, the company bought back NOK 468 million in notes due June 28, 2023 (ISIN: NO0010826639).
Danske Bank was bookrunner of the issue.
The residential real estate developer is based in Oslo.
