Fitch rates Bruce Power notes BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB+ rating to Bruce Power LP's C$$600 million senior unsecured notes offering.

The rating is the same as those on Bruce’s outstanding senior unsecured notes.

The notes will be the company's third green bond offering, with the use of proceeds for capital expenditures, under the company's green financing framework.

The outlook is stable.
