New Issue: Latvia’s ABLV plans $75 million 1.55% bonds, €20 million 0.8% bonds

Chicago, May 15 – ABLV Bank, AS said it will issue $75 million of 1.55% two-year bonds and €20 million of 0.8% two-year bonds.

The subscription to bond issues will run from May 21 until June 29.

The bonds will be issued under the fifth bond offer program, according to a bank press release.

ABLV is an independent private bank based in Riga, Latvia.
