New Issue: Thailand’s Ananda sells 2.4 billion baht of 5% two-year debentures

Madison, Wis., Oct. 10 – Ananda Development PCL announced it issued 2.4 billion baht of unsubordinated debentures due 2016.

The debentures were priced at par with a fixed coupon of 5%.

Proceeds will be used to support business expansion, as working capital and as a revolving fund to replace current and/or future project finances.

Ananda said that shareholders approved in April 2014 the issuance of up to 6 billion baht of debentures. Combined with the 3 billion baht limit previously approved in April 2013, the company’s total debentures credit line is 9 billion baht, with about 2.4 billion baht unused until the current issuance.

The real estate developer is based in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, Thailand.
