S&P removes Ameren, Union electric from review

S&P said it completed reviewing the ratings for Ameren Illinois Co. and its affiliate Union Electric Co. d/b/a Ameren Missouri that were labeled as “under criteria observation” after publishing revised group rating methodology criteria on July 1.

S&P affirmed the ratings for both companies.

The outlook is stable.
